We offer our customers the very best shipping service so you will receive your items in a timely and safer manner.

All items are fulfilled from our warehouse. They will be safely packed and packaged to ensure your items delivered in pristine condition.

Since we ship Worldwide delivery time will vary based on what country you live in.

Standard shipping times: 12-20 business days 

(Please contact us if you want to know the shipping time for your country.)

When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order. It will take 5-10 business days until the tracking information is visible due to the current high demand on our Air Headphones.

We are working on getting our shipping time down to 3-7 business days in the near future.

As soon as your order has been shipped our warehouse will send an email with shipping information.

Track your order: 

Click on the footer “Track Your Order” at the down of our website and enter your order number (#xxxx) and the email address you used when placing the order.

Due to the extreme high volume of orders we ship out every day our delivery team are doing their best to proceed all orders and it can therefor take 5-10 business days for the tracking link to work properly.

After 5-10 days you can track your order on the following site by inserting your tracking number: https://www.17track.net/

Meanwhile you can track your order by going to our website, click on the tab “Track Your Order” at the down of the page and enter your order number (#xxxx) and the email address you used when you placed the order.

How Do I Use My Air Headphones?

If your Air Headphones are struggling, please try the following instructiuns carefully:

  • 1. Make sure the charging case is fully charged, if not, please leave it charging for a few hours with the pods inside.
  • 2. Put the pods back in the charging case, disconnect bluetooth and then reconnect.
  • 3. Cancel/remove the bluetooth name from the bluetooth settings and reconnect.
  • 4. Reset your Air Headphones.

How to reset your Air Headphones

Put both pods in your ears, hold on each pod for 2-3 seconds until it says “Power Off”, hold again for 2-3 seconds until it says “Power On”.

Pause: Tap 2 times on the right Pod.

Resume music: Tap 2 times on the right Pod.

Change Song: Tap 3 times on the right Pod or 3 times on the left Pod for the previous song.

Answer a call: Tap 2 times on the left pod.

Turn off your Air Headphones: Hold on both pods for 2-3 seconds until it says “Power Off”.

To charge your pods you have to press the button on the back of the charging case. When it glows blue your Air Headphones are charging.

Connect your Air Headphones simply by taking out the pods from the charging case and place them close to your phone. A pop-up window will now show on your screen asking you too connect.

Returns And Exchanges

Since our Air Headphones are custom made and it’s a hygiene product, we cannot allow returns or exchanges and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or are not functioning from the factory.

  • 1.0 – If you are to drop them and they break, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund.
  • 1.1 – After the order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order. 
  • 1.2 – In the event that the product arrives damaged or are not functioning, contact us directly on info@wirelessairheadphones.com
  • 1.3 – If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may resolve your issue. 
  • 1.4 – Our main focus is costumer service. We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase! 

 


If return of item is neccessary it is the customer who pay for the shipping (With Tracking). 

How Do I Cancel my Order?

To cancel your order you can mail us info@wirelessairheadphones.com

If your order has gone to the long in the process or already been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order and get a refund.
