Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping! Tracking numbers will be provided in a separate email once your item ships.

Orders take approximately 2 to 5 weeks to arrive due to high volume of orders. Please note that these are only Estimates and your shipment times could differ.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Please note we DO NOT ship to PO boxes/APO/FPO

Refunds & Replacements (if applicable):

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it, we do not offer cancelations or exchanges due to incorrect orders.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer. 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

Public/Shared Addresses

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and OS HeadPhones will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
